Our student accommodation division, called Omnia Space, currently manages over 900 student beds. Current locations include Sheffield, Swansea, Newcastle and Bournemouth although this is growing all the time to cover other areas of the UK.
Launched in 2006, Omnia Space is ideal for both students looking to rent a room at University and for student landlords wanting their property to be professionally managed. Our letting, admin and finance teams are highly skilled in dealing with the intricacies and specialisms of student accommodation, whilst the maintenance division guarantees a 24/7 response to any repairs that may be required.
As the market has evolved, we have adapted to cater fully for the growing overseas student population. The Omnia Space website is available in multiple languages, provides students and parents with a number of useful guides and has recently introduced an online booking system to make the process even more efficient.
Omnia Space is fully authorised and approved by the universities, is regulated by ARMA and is a member of the Surveyor’s Ombudsman Service.
